2. This study provides evidence that people are relatively able to predict their changing self-esteem. How are some ways you can self-monitor your changing self-esteem?
1. I would think a good situation would be entirely dependent upon the context. For the purpose of building self-esteem, you would want to be taking it surrounded by people and things you feel good about, in a place you feel good about. You would also want to be feeling confident, as it would likely show in the picture.
ReplyDelete2. It would be pertinent to evaluate how you feel about the things you are doing, and your performance, and make adjustments as necessary. If you can feel yourself beginning to slip, it is easier to fix than if you are down the path. If however, you are exerting effort to maintain or improve your status, you should experience positive changes to self-esteem, especially in a very new environment.
1. The ideal situation for me to take a selfie is when trying to show an emotion.
ReplyDelete2. You can self-monitor your changing self-esteem by continuously evaluating how you feel, and always trying to stay positive and self-accepting, no matter what emotions you are having. You can also talk to your best friend or someone that you trust and make sure they keep you accountable for not getting down on yourself.
